In this learning experience, participants quickly discover that relationships are at the core of performance, and that real trust and respect are essential to any school or classroom seeking to grow and improve.
At Capturing Kids’ Hearts® 2 Training (CKH-2), teachers, staff, and administrators learn and practice skills that make clear, candid communication possible. They learn to use these skills in their relationships with their colleagues and students.
Participant Outcomes
Participants will learn how to develop positive relationships and transform classrooms by:
Using the Capturing Kids’ Heart® EXCEL Model™ during interpersonal interactions and meetings
Building high-performing, self-managing teams
Applying brain research to classroom practices
Developing skills and techniques for conflict resolution
Identifying personal behavior strengths and self-limiting behavior patterns and tendencies.
Receiving a CKH-2: 360 Report
Using Traction Plan® Builder to create a customized action plan based on personal data
Approach
CKH-2 is an immersive, participatory experience. Teachers, staff, and administrators learn and practice skills they will use and model on a daily basis to create high-performing teams and successful learning environments. After completing a Flippen Profile® Assessment, participants receive a CKH-2: 360 Report, which provides the basis for an action plan for continued personal and professional development.

Prerequisite: Completion of a Capturing Kids’ Hearts® 1 Training
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
Training is a one-day experience, with an hour for lunch
Training includes one-on-one coaching and a digital follow-up
Schedule is 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Open Enrollment: Capturing Kids’ Hearts hosts sessions throughout the year at locations nationwide
Client Booked: Your organization can schedule private bookings and is responsible for providing a location conducive to adult learning
