LEADWORTHY® COURSES
Leadership development and character education specifically designed to empower fifth through 12th grade students to lead with heart.
Developing the Next Generation of Leaders
Students Face a Formidable Challenge
Success in the real world takes more than academic knowledge. Successful adults have the confidence to express themselves well and rise above their circumstances. They get along with others, take responsibility, and handle problems that arise by making good decisions.
Solving the Challenge
Leadworthy Courses (formerly Teen Leadership) help students develop critical, life-changing skills. Schools may offer these courses in either semester or full-year formats. Leadworthy offers three different courses:
Intermediate (fifth and sixth grade)
Middle School (seventh and eighth grade)
High School (ninth through 12th grade)
Typically taken as an elective, the high school course is approved for course credit in some states. To deliver any of the Leadworthy Courses, a teacher must have attended a Capturing Kids’ Hearts 1 Training and a Leadworthy® Certification Training.
