The daily demands of leadership are often our biggest obstacles to growing as leaders, and it can be a daunting task to implement new skills after attending Capturing Kids’ Hearts® Leadership Blueprint Training. Education leaders need an individualized growth plan and clear path with intentional steps to achieve personal and professional growth.

Achieve Personal Growth

Coaching Blueprint is an ideal way to help education leaders achieve personal growth. Two packages are available for access to a Flippen Profile® Certified Coach in 40-minute, one-on-one coaching sessions:

• Following Leadership Blueprint, a participant can purchase a single à-la-carte coaching session for an in-depth review of their Leadership Blueprint: 360 Report and to develop a personal growth plan.

• The second package is for leaders who have not attended Leadership Blueprint. It includes a Flippen Profile® Assessment and four coaching sessions. Each 40-minute coaching session is designed and timed to motivate and inspire leaders to continually move their personal growth forward. Leaders start by developing their individual My Traction Plan® Summary, a detailed growth plan with measurable steps. During the following sessions, additional areas of improvement are identified and growth steps are refined and updated.
